Shipping policy

 We will notify you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched and update you with any relevant tracking information. Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Audley End Enchanted Railway offers delivery within the U.K which may be via Royal Mail or another delivery partner such as DPD or UPS. We try to use the most efficient and quickest way. The average delivery time for domestic delivery is 3-5 working days. 

Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout. 

If you would like your order delivered to a country outside of the U.K, please email us at retail@aeer.co.uk and we will send you a quote for any customs and delivery charges.
